Healthy Protein Pancakes

These delicious protein-packed pancakes take only minutes to make and they taste great! They’re high in potassium, high in protein and contain a complete source of protein by having a full amino acid profile. They’re suitable for a low-calorie diet and an ideal snack for those who are aiming for weight loss or looking for a quick and easy, healthy, protein snack.

Makes up to 5 pancakes
Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 1-5 minutes


  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (flavour of your choosing)
  • Optional: Natural Yogurt
  • Optional: Fruit Topping


  1. Place banana, protein powder and eggs into a mixing bowl (blender if you have one)
  2. Blend until a smooth consistency
  3. Heat up a non-stick frying pan
  4. Cook the pancakes to a size of your choosing (approximately 40 seconds either side)
  5. Top with yogurt and fruit as you wish!
